"Get the Big Picture" which dominates the top of this work would seem to be an admonition of the faceless National Guard whose clustered helmets occupy the center of the composition. To their right, the smiling faces of the astronauts are anything but anonymous, representing another facet of the U.S. military industrial complex. The two schematic landscapes at the bottom, reminding one of Warhol's "paint by numbers" works, are offset by the painterly white stroke of paint at centre.
